Forensic Outcomes Named a Finalist at the Soldiering On Awards 2026

For 16 years, the Soldiering On Awards have stood as the definitive benchmark for excellence within the Armed Forces community. They celebrate individuals and organisations that operate with an unwavering commitment to progress, resilience, and supporting others. It is an ecosystem defined by extraordinary achievement. Past winners have included pioneers in veteran healthcare, founders of critical support networks, and individuals demonstrating profound personal courage in the face of adversity. To be recognised in this company is a significant milestone.

Today, Forensic Outcomes is incredibly proud to announce our selection as a finalist for the 2026 Armed Forces Community Awards at Soldiering On.

For us, this nomination is not just an industry accolade. It is a validation of the philosophy that sits at the very core of our firm: the belief that the highest standards of human leadership, forged in the most uncompromising environments on earth, can and must be translated into the corporate sector.

The Architecture of Resilience

When you observe the individuals and organisations celebrated by Soldiering On, a distinct pattern emerges. Their success is never accidental, and it is rarely individual. It is the result of an architecture built on deep care, extreme accountability, and the absolute clarity of purpose.

In the military ecosystem, leadership is not an abstract concept or a title on a flowchart. It is a highly consequential capability. A leader’s behaviour dictates the psychological safety, operational effectiveness, and ultimate survival of their team.

We founded Forensic Outcomes to bring this exact level of rigorous, evidence-based leadership capability to the corporate mid-market.

The corporate environment may not carry physical risks, but the psychological and commercial stakes are intense. Businesses scaling past 150 employees frequently hit execution plateaus. Decision-making slows down. Top-tier talent quietly exits. Executive teams find themselves firefighting operational friction instead of driving strategy.

When we audit these organisations, the root cause is rarely a flawed commercial strategy. It is “leadership drag”, the invisible accumulation of poor behavioural traces left by an underprepared management layer.

Measuring What Matters

The challenge for corporate boards is the measurement asymmetry. They track sales, margins, and churn with forensic precision, but they treat leadership capability as an intangible art form, relying on hope, generic training, or politicised 360-degree reviews.

Our methodology, grounded in the Locard Exchange Principle (Every contact leaves a trace), rejects this premise. We believe that if leadership is the most critical system in your business, it must be visible, measurable, and actionable.

By using our proprietary behavioural intelligence platforms to measure how leadership is actually experienced within a business, we provide CHROs and CEOs with a decision-ready baseline. We replace the guesswork with a clear, quantified index of capability, alignment, and risk.

The Road Ahead

The Soldiering On Awards recognise those who do not leave progress to chance. They celebrate organisations that actively intervene to elevate the people around them. That is the standard we hold ourselves to at Forensic Outcomes.

The next stage of this journey begins shortly. The finalists’ reception will take place at the House of Lords on 15 July 2026, followed by the official Soldiering On Awards ceremony this September.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the Soldiering On Awards judges for this recognition, and to our clients who trust us to diagnose and elevate their most critical systems.

To the other 35 finalists across the UK: congratulations. We share a common bond of service, and we look forward to standing alongside you in Westminster next month and celebrating with you in September.

As we share updates from the House of Lords and the September awards ceremony over the coming months, we invite CEOs, CHROs, and L&D leaders committed to building resilient, evidence-based cultures to stay connected.
